Yay, another veggie-strong meal. Not having much left in the frig except broccoli, carrots, and a little cauliflower, I opted for a Divan without the chicken. The sauce is made from scratch with Hemp milk and some vegetable stock. If you haven’t tried Hemp milk, you should. After having soy milk in my smoothies day after day, I decided to break it up a bit and found Vanilla Hemp milk to be delicious. Stay away from alternative milk brands that have carrageenan in them. It may be harmful to the intestinal track.
