The Fourth of July 2021 is here and a perfect time to make a delicious plant-based salad to take to your celebration party.

You can always skip any meat dishes that are served and eat all the lovely plant-based sides that usually accompany a BBQ. Or bring your own veggie burger or homemade seitan ribs to grill on the barb. Grilled vegetables are delicious, too.

I always try to pick recipes that works for a whole food, plant-based diet but keep in mind that not all vegan food bloggers use low oil like I recommend so leave out any oil you see or use sparingly.
