In a saucepan over medium heat, bring 2 cups of water, the grated turmeric, ginger, and pepper to a boil. Turn off the heat and let the water infuse for about 5 minutes. Strain with a fine-mesh strainer.
Return to the saucepan and add 1 cup of plant milk along with the cocoa powder, and Erythritol or stevia. Let simmer until warm.
