Ingredients
  • 1 8 oz package tempeh original soy crumbled
  • 1 apple diced
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 stalk celery diced
  • 1/2 cucumber diced
  • 1/4 cup mango chutney
  • 2 shakes red pepper or to your heat level
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 2 Tbl homemade mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbl lemon juice
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Serve wrapped in a lettuce leaf. Top with sprouts if you like.
