Gazpacho with tomatoes
Ingredients
  • 3 cups veggie or tomato juice
  • or 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice + 1 1/2 cup veggie or tomato juice
  • 1 medium cucumber roughly chopped
  • 1/2 red onion roughly chopped
  • 1 green or red pepper roughly chopped
  • 3-5 dashes of Tabasco or other hot sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients into the blender’s container.
  2. Start with a low speed and quickly turn up to 5.
  3. Blend for 30-45 seconds.
  4. Serve or chill.
