Ingredients
  • 4 cups pitted dates
  • 2 cups water
Instructions
  1. Cover dates with boiling water and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Drain reserving 2 cups of the soaking water.
  3. In a high-powered blender, blend dates and the soaking water on high for a few minutes until it becomes a paste. Add more water if it’s difficult to blend or too thick
  4. Store paste in a covered glass jar and refrigerate for up to 3 months or longer.
