Vegan Strawberry Ice Cream
Ingredients
  • 3 bananas peeled, rough chopped, put into baggies and frozen
  • 1 16 oz bag frozen organic strawberries
  • 2/3 cup raw cashews soaked for several hours
  • 4 pitted medjool dates optional
  • 1 cup homemade almond milk or unsweetened MALK or Three Trees brands
Instructions
  1. Put frozen bananas, strawberries, drained and soaked cashews, dates, and almond milk into the jar of a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend, turning off frequently to scrape down the sides and help the blender to work.
  3. Add more milk if it seems too thick.
  4. Serve immediately or pour into a freezer safe dish and freeze. You will need to let it defrost a little to get the ice cream back to creaminess.
  5. Top with walnuts or pistachios and sliced strawberries, if you like.
