Ingredients
  • 3 Tbs flaxseeds
  • 3 Tbs sesame seeds
  • 6 dates seeded
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tsp amla powder (Indian gooseberry)
  • 3 tsp non-alkalized cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp bladderwrack seaweed powder
  • 2 handfuls kale organic pre-washed baby kale
  • 1 small handful broccoli sprouts
  • 1 smoothie pack Sambazon unsweetened açaí berry
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 3 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups brewed green tea
  • 1 1/2 cups brewed hibiscus tea Red Zinger from Celestial Seasonings
Instructions
  1. Brew 2 cups of green tea and 2 cups of hibiscus tea and let cool or add a few ice cubes to speed up the cooling.
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Add 3-4 cups combined green and hibiscus teas until you get the smoothie to the consistency that you like.
