Instructions
  1. In the bottom of a glass container, add 1/3 of the fruit.
  2. Add 1/2 of the store-bought carton or about 1/4 cup homemade yogurt on top of the fruit. If you’d like it a little sweeter, add about 1/2 tsp maplE syrup.
  3. Top with 1/2 of the granola and a sprinkling of Ancient Grains.
  4. Repeat the yogurt, fruit and granola layers.
