Ingredients
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup wheat flakes Uncle Sam’s Brand
  • 1 cup quinoa Flakes found near the hot cereals
  • 1/2 cup hemp hearts
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds or whole almonds sliced
  • 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup raisins or other dried fruit raisins have no sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Almond extract
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Store in a glass jar or container with a tight lid.
  3. Serve with soy yogurt, berries and non-dairy milk.
