INGREDIENTS
Yellow Onion Garlic Celery Carrots Mushrooms Potatoes Frozen Peas Tomato Paste Italian Herbs Fresh Rosemary Smoked Paprika Vegetable Broth Water Salt & Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Saute onion, celery, & carrot. Add garlic & mushroom
Add the vegetable broth, potatoes, tomato paste, herbs, smoked paprika, salt, & pepper.
Cook for 15-20 mins or until potatoes are soft

Take about 1.5 cups of the broth and vegetables and blend in a blender
Return the blended sauce to the pot and stir to combine.
Add the thawed peas and heat through for about 5 minutes.
