Curry powder Ground Coriander Ground Cinnamon Ground Turmeric Ground Cardamom  Black Pepper

HOW TO

MAKE SOUP

Saute Onions & Carrots

Add the potatoes, garlic, ginger, apples, &  tomatoes 

Add the lentils & broth then let the contents come to a boil.

Simmer for 30 mins

Blend 1/2 soup then add coconut milk

ENJOY!!!
