Curried Tempeh Lettuce Wraps
Easy to throw together for lunch with crunchy walnuts, celery cucumber, and apples. A touch of mango chutney makes it super tasty.

Ingredients

tempeh
original soy crumbled

apple
diced

raisins
1/4

walnuts

celery

red pepper

Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl, mash tempeh with the back of a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients except lettuce and stir to combine.
Serve wrapped in a lettuce leaf. Top with sprouts if you like.
