BLACK BEAN

BROWNIES

I love anything chocolate, and these black bean brownies made with unsweetened organic cacao powder hit the spot for a guilt-free chocolate fix.

INGREDIENTS

Black Beans | Bananas Maple Syrup | Coconut Sugar Unsweetened Cacao Instant Oats | Baking Powder Ceylon Cinnamon | Vanilla Vegan Chocolate Chips Chopped Walnuts

FRESH

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly coat an 8x6" pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper. 

Combine all ingredients, except oats and chocolate chips, in a food processor.  Blend until smooth. 

Stir in the oats until blended well. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour batter into pan.  Bake 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.  They will be soft but firm up as they cool.  Enjoy!
