These sauteed greens are a breeze to make on your stove top. A little chopping and a few ingredients like garlic and tamari or soy sauce are all it takes. It's a great way to eat more greens!
INGREDIENTS
Swiss Chard Garlic Low-Sodium Tamari Soy Sauce

Water sauté the chopped garlic for a few minutes. Then add the chopped stems and a little water and sauté a few minutes. Then add the rest of the greens.
Continue sauteeing the greens, turning frequently. Add more water if it dries out. Add the tamari or soy sauce to your taste and continue to sauté until softened, about 10 minutes.
