Reviews:

"I just ordered your Plant-Based Meal Prep Cookbook. I started my nutritarian, low-fat, whole food plant-based lifestyle in February after Chef AJ's summit. I've borrowed so many books from the library to do research on what to eat. I loved your book. I loved the way you set up the intro. I love the two columns - much easier to read. Your recipes are great. I haven't made anything from your book, but sure plan to! I am so happy on this lifestyle after eating low-carb for over a decade. My diabetes is under control, and I'm eating so much more than on low carb. Thank you for your book."

"I’m pretty sure once you get your copy of this cookbook, you’ll want to make each and every recipe out of it because they all are really delicious and, what’s even better, they all fall under the “good for you” category."

Review from Vegan Blueberry

"The Everything Plant-Based Meal Prep Cookbook" truly is everything you will need! It has an extensive list of recipes so you will not run out for a long time, as well as kitchen tips, healthy substitution ideas, and tips for lower-fat and oil-free cooking. The cookbook has a nice variety of recipes and has something for everyone - from traditional comfort foods to ethnic flavors. The recipes are clearly written and have simple ingredients that are accessible for most people. This will definitely be a cookbook that I refer to over and over for mealtime inspiration! -Kate Vaynshteyn, Vegan Blueberry.

No, each recipe does not. There are 200 recipes and about 30 recipe photos.

That’s always a check box for me too… I LOVE cookbooks that have a picture for every recipe!

I like them, too. With 200 recipes must be a lot more expensive to make. Unfortunately, I had to go with my publisher’s recommendations. Maybe for my next cookbook. 👍

We have been using and enjoying your cookbook for a couple weeks now. I was curious since we have the Kindle version, are there any plans for new revisions and updates with added information and/or recipes. Thank you.

Hi John, I’m I’m glad you’ve been enjoying the cookbook. 🙂 Unfortunately, at this time there won’t be any revisions or updates but perhaps in the future. If you have some ideas or specific recipes you’d like, let me know. I’m always looking for new recipes and article ideas and frequently add them to the website. 👍
