A whole food plant-based breakfast is a great way to start off the day. And, a great time to get in a few of your fruit servings with a smoothie or oatmeal topped with berries. It's easy to forget about fruit the rest of the day so when you need to get in 5-7 servings a day, start it off right. Most plant-based breakfasts are easy to make like overnight oats which will be ready to eat when you're in the morning rush.
