Whole Food Plant-Based Side Dishes

Don't be surprised when your friends ask for the recipes when you make plant-based vegan side dishes. They're colorful, full of excellent nutrition, but most of all more delicious than most people can believe. And, make cooking easier by Number 1, having ingredients on hand in your pantry, and Number 2 practicing the art of meal prep.
