Get Your Motivation On With TED Talks
Sometimes all we need is a pep talk, you know the one that gets you motivated to take action. It can renew our commitment to avoid a bad habit or move us to take steps to create a new one. That's what these TED talks could do for you. All of them are focused on the foods we eat. If you haven't seen these, yet, give them a try and let me know what happens... You might get a perspective that you hadn't thought of before or a tip that gets you going.
All of these are 20 minutes or shorter. A couple of them are on self control.

About TED: Ideas Worth Spreading
The TED organization started in 1984 as a conference on technology, entertainment, and design. Today, there are TED events all over the world and pretty much every topic imaginable has been covered (in over 100 languages!). For more about the organization and all the ideas they're spreading, check them out online. Looking for a TED event near you? This map shows all the upcoming events - give it a look!
Do you have any favorite TED talks that aren't on this list? I'd love to watch them, so let me know what they are. Even better, have you ever given a TED talk? I'd really enjoy hearing about such an incredible achievement!
