I’m happy to share with you the results of my plant-based course survey because we’re on this journey together.
I feel blessed to have discovered that eating a whole-food, plant-based diet can create optimal health and long-term happiness. After all, health is our greatest wealth and without it, I can guarantee you won’t be happy. I’ve been at it for ten years now and I’m still in awe of the wonderful array of delicious and beautiful fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, and nuts and seeds conveniently available.
However, you may be new to eating a whole-food, plant-based diet and wondering what will help you get going faster without much fuss. That’s why I’m working on a course geared toward plant-based meal planning and prep. It’s the course that my followers have told me they want in my quickie survey.
If you’d like to add your thoughts to the plant-based course survey, I’d love to read them, because the more I hear from you, the more I’ll be able to pinpoint what’ll help. Here’s the survey if you’d like to add your two cents.
If you are going to take the survey, do it before you read the rest of this post because I don’t want to influence your answers. What’s to follow in this article is a summary of how people responded and what they want when it comes to understanding a whole-food, plant-based diet.

Top Survey Answers
The Plant-Based Course survey revealed that more than 90% of you are interested in a plant-based meal planning & prep course! Woo hoo! I know where to focus my energies and what will probably help you the most. But the survey also revealed that many of you are interested in a full-blown in-depth course that covers everything plant-based!
Maybe you have family members that you’d like to help or you’re worried that you won’t get a handle on your diabetes or heart disease even though you know that eating more plants is the way to go. That said, many doctors and cardiologists may not even recommend eating a whole-food, plant-based diet or only make a cursory suggestion that you should eat this way, leaving you feeling overwhelmed and confused about how to begin.
Other Survey Results
On top of wanting an in-depth course, you are also VERY interested in a course that will help you understand if you’re getting all the proper nutrients when you eat a plant-based diet… Wanting to know if you’re getting enough protein is at the top of the list, but there are other concerns such as calcium, iron, omega 3’s, and vitamin D to name a few.
And, you’re also interested in discovering how to deal with all of those temptations and cravings when it comes to a new diet… or any diet for that matter. That’s one of the toughest struggles for me. Sometimes, chocolate wins!
Fewer of you were interested in taking a quick course on getting started on a plant-based diet and fewer still in how to set up your kitchen to eat this way although that really is an important step to getting started.
All in all, I’m delighted that so many responded. The need is real. Unfortunately, people are suffering right now from health ills that are scary and make life more challenging. They’re wondering just how they can heal so they can get back to living life!
I’ve learned a lot in the past ten years and am so ready to share my knowledge. I’ve been through my own health scares but now that I’m in my 60’s I’m proud to say that I have conquered them. You can read more about how I reversed arthritis, high blood pressure, and cholesterol, as well as weight gain in my article, “Sharing a Personal Health Journey.”
I believe that you deserve to feel great so thank you for helping me understand what you need to make that happen.
