Don’t let your Labor Day go by without having one of these beautiful party salads.

Labor Day Party Salads

Get your party on for the last hurrah of the summer.

Save it all for yourself or share your bounty. Plant-based, vegan, and packed with nutrition these Labor Day Party Salads are a great way to end the summer season and bring in the fall.

If you’d like to see a FULL plant-based vegan menu, check out my Labor Day Roundup from 2017 and 2020 which features other food bloggers.

Arugula Apple Beet Salad

Arugula Apple Beet Salad

1. Arugula Apple Beet Salad: This Arugula, Apple, Beet Salad is a very easy salad to make with pre-packaged arugula or a mix of arugula and spinach. If you find pre-cooked beets at the store, it’s even easier. The dressing is an easy vinaigrette.

Tomato Cucumber Salad

2. Tomato Cucumber Salad: Cucumbers and sweet cherry tomatoes topped with a light creamy dill dressing made with store-bought yogurt are perfect for your holiday gathering.

Broccoli Salad

Vegan Broccoli Salad

3. Broccoli Salad: An oldie but a goodie. This version uses vegan mayo and only has plant-based goodness – broccoli, red onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds.

Asian Noodle Salad with Tofu

4. Asian Noodle Salad: Crunchy snap peas (which I found at Trader Joe’s this week), bell peppers, kidney beans in a spicy peanut, soy dressing.

Cauliflower Quinoa Salad

5. Cauliflower Quinoa Salad: Warm, gluten-free crunchy salad with a bright oil-free vinaigrette is a tasty addition to your Labor Day party menu.

Nicoise Salad

Nicoise Salad

6. Nicoise Salad: Beautiful, colorful vegetables and a few beans round out this very easy-to-make dish loaded with fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals. Flavors and textures that truly satisfy.

Macaroni Salad

7. Macaroni Salad: A delicious alternative to the typical fat-laden version. Tart and sweet with a touch of heat.

Farro Salad

Farro Salad

8. Farro Salad: I like the addition of beans in this vegan farro salad for your daily hearty dose of fiber, protein, immune-boosting antioxidants, and minerals. Feel free to mix up the additions, as other chopped veggies can work quite well, too.

Roasted Potato Salad

9. Roasted Potato Salad: If you remember to roast the potatoes the night before, you’ll have this Labor Day party salad ready to in no time.

Add these fan-favorite dishes to your Labor Day party menu:

  • Zucchini Cakes
  • Tofu “Crab” Cakes
  • Chickpea Salad Sandwich
  • Sloppy Joes
