It’s a time to gather with friends and family and enjoy the beautiful bounty of plant-based foods. These Fourth of July Plant-Based Recipe ideas will surely give you some ideas.

Sharing is a great way to show how yummy and beautiful your diet can be. I’ll bet it inspires some to get on board. Wouldn’t that be great? I know it’s especially challenging for those with family members who are not ready to change.

With my friends, the more I served delicious plant-based meals and shared how they were positively affecting my life, the more they understood.

It also helps to have answers for the inevitable questions that come, and there are articles that tackle just that. Questions like “Where do you get your protein?” “Are you getting all the nutrition you need?” “What about baking and frying?” and even “It’s more expensive, isn’t it?“
